LIFE AT DERSE
Derse’s culture celebrates food and fitness while supporting the communities in which we live and work. Runners and bikers tend to dominate lunch time workouts while fierce competitive cooking events happen around major holidays.

At Derse, great ideas need realistic numbers behind them. As an Estimator, you'll help turn creative trade show and experiential marketing concepts into achievable budgets.
- Prepare quotes and budgets covering labor, materials, and subcontracted costs for custom exhibits and brand experiences
- Partner with the design team to price concepts during development
- Keep estimate schedules current so projects meet or beat their timelines.
Derse Project Managers keep trade show exhibits and live events on time and on budget, from the moment a project is sold to the day it hits the show floor. If you're searching for a project manager role where no two projects look the same, this is it.
- Own project schedules, budgets, and details for assigned clients
- Coordinate the post-sale work order process with account teams
- Assign labor and materials across production, and lead project update meetings
Associate and entry-level project manager opportunities may also be available.
Every Derse exhibit starts as a precise plan, and our Detailers are the ones who draw it. This role is a strong fit for anyone pursuing exhibit design jobs with a technical, hands-on focus.
- Create 3D AutoCAD construction drawings, set-up drawings, and floorplans for client exhibits and displays
- Support project managers with value and design engineering to keep costs accurate
- Track progress through daily reporting so deadlines and deliverables are met
Our Production Team builds what our clients see on the show floor. If you're looking for a carpentry or warehouse position where your craftsmanship shows up at major trade shows and events, you'll fit right in.
- Build, prepare, and care for custom, rental, and portable trade show exhibits
- Support projects across custom construction, service needs, warehousing, and inventory
- Deliver hands-on work that meets Derse's high standards for quality
Derse Account Managers build the client relationships that drive our business, guiding experiential marketing programs from first conversation to final installation. We hire across levels, from Associate Account Manager to Account Director.
- Generate new business, grow existing accounts, or lead long-term client partnerships, depending on level
- Manage client programs from proposal through production
- Maintain clear client communication, documentation, and forecasting
- Travel to support clients and field installations
