Preparing for the following year’s show schedule, Accuray determined they needed new exhibit properties to support two of their largest shows -- the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM).

After being awarded the Accuray trade show business and receiving their existing inventory, it was clear we needed to help streamline their exhibit program.

SOLUTION

Derse assessed their properties and determined we can be smarter and more cost-effective when it comes to managing Accuray’s exhibit needs.

Our solution was to consolidate their program by:

Scrapping properties that were no longer in-use or were damaged beyond repair.
Eliminating an unnecessary double-deck structure to save money on shipping, drayage, and installation.
Building custom rental exhibit properties usable across various footprints.
Integrating new custom rental components with Derse’s turnkey properties.
