Audentes – Virtual Exhibit
Pivoting to virtual experiences leads to increased engagement and record-breaking results.
Audentes had partnered with Derse in the hopes to attend the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) Congress in May of 2020. When the in-person show was transitioned to a virtual experience, we worked with Audentes stakeholders to pivot their strategy to communicate their message and make an impact in the virtual space. Together, we took a “the sky is the limit!” approach and developed an impressive and educational virtual experience.
Strategies
Audentes’ physical booth at EAN was a 10’ x 10’ inline, and the size of the space was leading to challenges for bringing their story to life. Derse was challenged to:
Seems doable, right?
The final challenge: we had 30 days to make it happen.
But a stunning booth design alone wouldn’t help achieve the objectives Audentes set out to accomplish with their virtual exhibit. To optimize the virtual experience, our team of experts facilitated the development of the following features and benefits to create an impactful and results-driven experience.
A virtual host and guided voiceover tour provided an enhanced experience for Audentes’ virtual space. We wrote the script, sought out the talent, and recorded the video and voiceover in two accents and two file types.
The booth design is branded in a way where all content can be changed to match future shows with minimal spending to make the revisions. And it aligns with the brand guidelines for Audentes rather than one product or division.
By implementing a library of video assets and downloadable content, visitors had the ability to view and reference Audentes’ messaging at a later date. This also gives them flexibility to swap out messaging for different shows or audiences.
We created three versions of the booth to allow visitors to choose their own experience.
The platform itself and use of web forms enabled Audentes to track every action an attendee completes. We have the ability to know how visitors navigate, what they engage with, and can report on their activity to know what is driving results within your virtual space.
Our team supported Audentes through their parent company’s legal review and regulatory approvals leading up to the show open. We also provided real-time show support and modified the virtual exhibit and content on the fly.
“Our landing page looks great, all links work, and our virtual booth plays nicely. I checked a couple of other companies, not many have booths and the ones I clicked, links weren’t working. And did I mention that everyone is so happy with the booth, looks awesome!”
