DrFirst trusted Derse’s creativity and expertise for their 20’ x 20’ booth at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society conference (HIMSS).

CHALLENGE

DrFirst partnered with Derse for their new trade show booth to debut at HIMSS. We were tasked to:

  • Create a custom rental booth that brought to life DrFirst’s key messaging – Unite the Healthiverse
  • Design a space that helps attendees easily grasp what DrFirst does while including a meeting space and interactive touchscreen kiosks for product demonstrations and lead collection
  • Feature a unique engagement that would attract attendees while creating a memorable experience aligned with the theme

SOLUTION

To Unite the Healthiverse, we created a “Look to the Stars” concept that was brought to life through eye-level and overhead graphics.

The attention-grabbing element was the oversized telescope placed in the center of the booth. It “projected” DrFirst’s message on a constellation graphic hanging over the center of the booth. The telescope had a commanding presence towering at 10-feet high.

The booth included a compact, 6’ x 5’ conference room used for one-on-one private meetings.

The extensive use of constellations illustrated the data points DrFirst uses to help improve patient outcomes. 

RESULTS

DrFirst’s cleanly designed yet playful exhibit attracted attendees to their booth and encouraged business-driven conversations.
