INNOVATION ROADMAP

We see innovation as an opportunity to challenge status quo and make thoughtful changes and advancements that drive efficiencies and cost savings both internally and with our clients. Our areas of focus include technology, process improvements, production methodologies, and connective measurement—all with a goal of improving the client experience.

The following are four pillars of our Innovation Roadmap and the solutions we have implemented to achieve our goals:

Greater Flexibility & Efficiencies

Rental exhibits have historically been used as a short-term solution to meet a temporary need—but if you expect more, you get more. Our approach to rental evolves a transactional experience into a forward-thinking approach by offering value-engineered solutions, scalable designs, and on-demand turnkey pricing.

Increased Financial Transparency

Our financial reporting platform aggregates data on all service and production line items to create an enterprise view of your program financials. The value this brings our clients is real-time reports to analyze investment trends and identify areas of opportunity for cost savings.

Journey Tracking Technology

We use heat mapping software to track the behavior of unique visitors throughout your exhibit, analyze the raw data for you, and present actionable insights. In collaboration with you, we will mobilize these insights as recommendations for future creative design and engagement strategies to optimize your trade show investment.

Immersive Design Software

We have invested in and implemented a 360-degree fly-through animation tool to help our clients better visualize the architectural elements within their exhibit renderings as it relates to scale and spacing, graphic and digital messaging, and the overall customer journey.

A PHILOSOPHY OF FUNDING IMPROVEMENT

Derse brings a value-producing spirit to every program that spurs us on to think critically and work towards providing smarter solutions for our clients. It’s in our culture. It’s how we think. We call this mindset and methodology funding improvement.

With roughly 75% of a marketers’ face-to-face marketing budget directed to things the audience never even sees (shipping, drayage, show services, etc.), we believe these dollars should be spent the other way around.

Derse’s funding improvement approach examines your entire program spend, isolating inefficiencies and ineffectiveness so you can reduce your total spend, or reallocate those dollars to improve customer-facing engagements. We help you put money in the places where it will achieve the best possible sales results. We will ensure your overall budget is being met and move as much non-customer facing spend into areas where it has a measurable effect on your objectives.
