Big Changes in our Hometown

Big developments are happening in our hometown of Milwaukee. The city has been working to revitalize Reed Street Yards, the once vacant plot situated on 17 acres with 1000 feet of waterfront on the Menomonee River. Embracing its reputation as the “Water Hub of North America,” Milwaukee is transforming Reed Street Yards from urban decay to an internationally respected water research and technology business park.

Zurn, a leader in the commercial plumbing products industry, is the first company to open its doors. The company, owned by Milwaukee-based Rexnord Corp., relocated their global headquarters from Pennsylvania to the new 425 W. Freshwater Way. After an introduction through their firm, Eppstein Uhen Architects, Zurn invited us to lead the interior design and engagement strategies for their experience center. This is has been a valuable partnership that deepens our ties within our community. We’re excited to see Zurn’s vision come to life and Milwaukee’s ongoing revitalization.

Check out the Journal Sentinel for a tour of Zurn’s office.
